Modern Home Interior Design

I’m refreshing my home and need a seasoned interior designer who can marry clean, modern aesthetics with a well-planned lighting scheme. The project covers three key areas—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—so consistency in style and illumination is crucial.

I already have the room dimensions; what I need are thoughtful space plans, fixture recommendations, and a cohesive mood that runs from soft ambience in the bedroom to functional-yet-stylish task lighting in the kitchen. You’re welcome to work in software you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Dialux, anything that lets me see clear floor layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and photorealistic renders.

Deliverables I’d like to receive:
• Scaled furniture layout and reflected ceiling plan per room
• Lighting distribution plan with fixture specs, switching circuits, and load calculations
• Two to three high-quality 3D visuals for each space, showing both day and night scenes
• A concise materials and finishes board so I can source everything locally
