Modern Condo Lighting Design

I'm seeking a skilled lighting designer for my kitchen and dining room in a small luxury condo. The ceiling is concrete, and the junction boxes are uncentered and cannot be moved.

Requirements:
- Design must be powered by existing junction boxes
- Hide connections and match interior design
- Bright and modern ambiance
- Support both cooking and dining activities
- Open to fixture recommendations (recessed, pendant, track, etc.)
