Modern 2BHK Space-Savvy Layout

I am renovating an existing 2-bedroom, hall, kitchen flat and need a complete furniture and lighting layout that feels fresh, PG-friendly and distinctly modern. The key goal is to squeeze every usable inch out of the floor plate, with the bedroom taking top priority for space-saving ideas. As part of the same exercise I am also re-planning the attached toilet to improve flow and storage.
Also New Layout for Terrace and Kitchen, Dinning room at Ground floor
What I am looking for
• Optimised furniture placement for both bedrooms, living–dining and kitchen that supports easy movement and future flexibility.
• A coordinated lighting plan—ambient, task and accent—showing fixture positions, mounting heights and circuit groupings.
• Revised bathroom layout that merges seamlessly with the new bedroom arrangement while respecting existing plumbing drops.
• Scaled drawings (AutoCAD ) so I can verify proportions before we go on site.

I will share the current floor plan, structural walls and service shafts. Please return the first draft layout within a week so we can iterate quickly; final signed-off drawings are expected after two revision cycles.
