Mixed-Use Electrical Design

I need a complete electrical design package for a six-story mixed-use building. The scope covers every part of the structure—residential units, commercial spaces, and shared common areas—so the plans must coordinate seamlessly across those functions.

Key needs
• Load calculations, panel schedules, and single-line diagrams for all floors
• Lighting and receptacle layouts with circuiting shown
• Dedicated distribution for high-load equipment in the commercial zones
• A fully engineered emergency power system (generator or UPS) with transfer-switch wiring and essential branch identification
• Conduit and cable sizing, grounding, and protective device selection in line with the latest NEC/CEC and local authority requirements
• Drawing set in CAD (DWG/PDF) plus an editable calculation sheet

I already have basic architectural plans; you will build on those to create a detailed, permit-ready electrical set. A concise design narrative that explains calculations and code references will help my reviewers sign off quickly.
