Minimalist Villa Lighting Architecture Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My three-floor villa has a clean, minimalist interior, and I want the lighting scheme to enhance that aesthetic while remaining highly functional. The scope covers every indoor and outdoor zone, yet my first priorities are the living room, other common areas, and all bedrooms.
What I expect from you:
• A full lighting architecture that blends ambient, accent, and task lighting for each space, showing how the layers work together in plan and section views.
• Fixture schedules and specification sheets with model numbers, lamp types, lumen output, colour temperature, and control notes so my contractor can order and install without guesswork.
• Circuiting and basic load information that an electrician can translate directly into the wiring plan.
• Visual support—rendered perspectives or light studies created in DIALux, Relux, Revit, or similar—so I can review the mood before any purchases are made.
I’ll share floorplans in DWG/PDF and a short mood board once we start. Please confirm your preferred software and the file formats you will deliver.
