Luxurious Modern Boutique Design

I’m fitting out a new clothing store in a busy mall and want the space to feel instantly high-end while staying unmistakably modern. The brief centres on three things: impactful lighting that spotlights merchandise, a furniture layout that guides shoppers smoothly through collections, and wall décor that reinforces a premium brand story rather than just filling empty space.

Here’s how I picture the workflow:

• Concept development – mood boards and colour/material palettes that balance clean modern lines with a luxurious finish.
• Spatial planning – scaled floor plan showing traffic flow, display zones, fitting rooms, cashier, storage, all optimised for sales and an uncluttered look.
• Lighting scheme – layered plan (accent, ambient, task) with fixture specs so garments pop and the overall glow feels indulgent.
• Wall treatment package – feature walls, display niches or digital panels that elevate the visual identity.
• 3D visuals / renders – photoreal images (SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar) so I can sign off confidently before build-out.
• FF&E schedule – concise list of furniture, fixtures and materials with sourcing notes to streamline procurement.

I’ll supply the unit’s CAD shell and branding guidelines on award; please return the final design files in editable CAD or Revit, layered lighting plans, and high-resolution renders ready for landlord approval. Milestones can follow concept, design development, and final documentation so we keep momentum clear and measurable.
