LED Street Light Layout Design

I’m planning the illumination for a new residential layout and want a complete design package centered on safety and security. The concept must use modern LED fixtures spaced and aimed to eliminate dark spots along internal roads, walkways, and entry points.

Key requirements
• Photometric layout showing lux levels that meet typical residential safety guidelines for pole length 3m, 6m & 9m
• Selection of contemporary LED poles or bollards—please include model numbers, lumen output, CCT options, and recommended mounting heights.
• Integration of motion-sensor capability on each fixture so light intensifies only when movement is detected, conserving energy the rest of the time.
• CAD & PDF drawings that fit the overall site plan I will provide the title block.
• An easy-to-read schedule listing quantities, wattage per fitting, total load, and projected annual energy consumption.

Acceptance criteria
A design review PDF and DWG set demonstrating even coverage, compliance with regional glare limits, and motion-sensor logic clearly annotated. Final deliverables must be ready for my electrician and planning authority to sign off without extra rework.
