Interior Design for Minimalist Dermatology Retail Space

We are creating a modern skin care and dermatology-focused retail bar that blends clinical precision with calm, minimalist design.
The space is approximately 650 sq ft, with an existing shell and defined zones including reception, waiting, treatment pods, consult room, and back-of-house utilities (refer attached plan ).
We are looking for an interior designer who understands aesthetic clinics, dermatology spaces, or health-focused retail, and can translate functionality into a refined, intuitive environment.
Scope of Work
Conceptual interior design aligned with a minimalist, dermatology-first brand
Space planning and circulation refinement
Material and finish selection (walls, flooring, partitions)
Lighting design suitable for skin evaluation and treatments
Furniture concepts for reception, waiting, and bar-style counters
3D renders (photorealistic preferred)
Basic execution drawings (optional but preferred)
Design Direction
Minimalist, calm, and modern
Clean lines, soft neutral palette
Not spa-like, not salon-style, not overly decorative
Focus on hygiene, clarity, and trust
Materials such as microcement, fluted glass, solid surfaces, natural wood accents
Deliverables
Mood board
2–3 interior renders
Layout refinement over existing plan
Material palette with specifications
Ideal Candidate
