Industrial Electrical Schematic Design

I require a complete set of industrial-grade electrical schematics that clearly lay out the lighting systems, power-distribution network, and HVAC circuits for a new plant expansion. Every drawing must comply with current NEC standards; accuracy here is non-negotiable because the package will go straight to the permitting authority and to our installation crew.

Preferred workflow is AutoCAD Electrical (DWG) or an equivalent CAD platform so that we can integrate the files into our existing library, but a well-layered PDF set is acceptable for final issue. Conductor sizing, breaker and fuse ratings, panel schedules, and any control interlocks that affect lighting or HVAC must be shown and cross-referenced on the drawings themselves—no separate spreadsheets.

Deliverables:
• One-line and detailed multi-line schematics covering lighting, power distribution, and HVAC
• Symbol legend and notes sheet referencing NEC articles used
• Bill of materials generated directly from the drawing database
• Native CAD files plus printable PDFs

I will review the first draft for NEC compliance, clarity, and completeness, then provide markups for a single revision round before signing off.
