I need a complete indoor lighting design package for a modern villa. The objective is a neutral, well-balanced atmosphere across all interior spaces, using a simple yet elegant approach.

Scope of rooms
• Living room & dining area
• Bedrooms & bathrooms
• Kitchen & hallways
• Staircase
• Majlis
• Circulation zones
• Home office

Core deliverables
• Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) with circuiting and switching shown
• Full coordination with existing HVAC ducts, diffusers, and access panels (no clashes)
• Fully itemised BOQ linked to fixture symbols
• Fully dimensioned drawings showing exact distances from walls, beams, and centerlines
• Luminaire schedule with technical specifications
• Basic load summary

Design requirements
• Use track lighting and recessed systems where appropriate
• Cost-efficient, practical luminaires (no ultra-luxury brands)
• Clean and minimal ceiling layout

All drawings must be issued in DWG and PDF format for contractor use.

Acceptance criteria
• BOQ quantities match drawing counts
• Every fixture symbol appears in the legend
• RCP aligns with architectural grid and HVAC layout
