Indoor Event Photoshoot Assistant Needed

I’m photographing an upcoming indoor event and could use reliable on-site support from another photographer or photo-savvy assistant. Because everything happens inside, controlling light and maintaining a smooth workflow are my top priorities.

Your role will revolve around:
• Helping set up and adjust continuous lights and on-camera/off-camera flash units.
• Managing gear—swapping lenses, batteries, memory cards, and keeping equipment organised so I never miss a moment.
• Holding reflectors or light stands when necessary and keeping an eye on background clutter.
• Capturing a few candid or detail shots if you’re comfortable shooting, then handing over the RAWs; otherwise, simply assisting is fine.
