House Accent Lighting Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm looking for a professional to create a comprehensive lighting plan for my house, primarily focusing on accent and task lighting. The plan should include ambient lighting for all interior and exterior areas of the house, specifically the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The main function of the accent lighting is to create mood lighting throughout the house. The house is west facing(windows, slader and screen porch with garage door and second story deck 20' from a small lake(70 acres)
Kitchen and Living room with wall of windows start at 9' ceiling and sope up to 13' ceiling. This room along with rest of the house will have Woodhaven white wood tongue/groove the ceiling and this space will have 5 - 8" wide beams on the ceiling. Master suite, master bath, master closet, Office will all have 9' ceilings, the rest of the house will have 8' ceiling. We will be living on the 1st flloor and the second story bedoroms and bath will be for guests and family.
Outside will be Frost colored Celect Board and Batten with same color trim. The windows are black inside and out. Roadside entrance door will be wood colored double doors with 3/4 lite with single cross.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Expertise in residential lighting design
- Experience with accent and ambient lighting
- Ability to create mood lighting through lighting design
