Fire Sprinkler upright lamp

I'm trying to have a cool lamp made for my dad of a fire sprinkler (VK570 Fire sprinkler upright). I need a red glass cylinder, thicker than what is in the image online, and would be open to either it being red glass or full of red colored glycerin. Secondly, I need a lamp shade in the shape as the top of the sprinkler, the big hat looking thing. I don't know if it can be made of glass or textile, but either way is cool with me as long as it looks nice. The metal body/frame arms, which makes up the bulk of it, I might be able to make myself, but would prefer an actually skilled artisan to weld/fabricate for me. I don't expect one person to be able to do all of this, but if you can, let me know.
