Summary of what is required:

1. Main panel layout with BOM (including terminal blocks and other components)
2. Wiring diagram of the shed
3. Wire quantities (excluding lengths for internal wiring of JB and DB)
4. If possible, a render of the shed with location of Main panel, Assembly_JB_DB etc.
5. Suggested placement and quantities of lights
6. Any suggestion/improvements


Main panel:

1. Main panel supplied by 3 phase 440 V supply, neutral and earth from electricity meter.
2. Consider approx. dimensions of 1m x 1m or as appropriate
3. Max design current - 100 Amps
4. Main panel consists of fuse, isolator 4 pole, MCB and RCCB as per excel file for 3 phase and 1 phase supply. Main panel layout is required. The external sheet metal if you can have any design, please suggest.
5. Two spare MCBs and provision for RCCB kept for 3 phase and single phase
6. Neutral bus bar and earth bus bar at convenient location
7. I would also like to install a line voltage and current indicator at main panel
8. The main panel will be placed on the front left corner along the length

Feeder Wires:
1. The shed is divided into left and right half when viewing from the main entrance (canopy).
2. We would like to keep 3 phase outlets and single phase outlet as separate wiring.
3. A left branch and right branch for 3 phase (25sq. mm. 4 core) and 1 phase (10 sq. mm. 4 core) will be taken out (total 4 branches) along the length of the shed inside cable tray. Cable tray to be placed above the wall beam
4. Sub branches will be tapped from these feeder wires. Details of sub branch cable size in excel file.
5. Appropriate earthing also to be provided.

Assembly_JB_DB:
1. Please refer to attached pdf with same name
2. 6 of these on the left and 6 of these on the right will be placed on the wall. It can be centred or towards a column, as you feel appropriate
3. Height such that a user can plug and unplug easily
4. I need lengths of cables till input for each size (excluding internal wiring of the JB, DB etc.)


Load distribution:
1. Red phase - when used as 1 P supply - only for lighting/fan (DB8MCB)
2. Blue and yellow phase - when used as 1 P supply to JB1P - to be alternated for even distribution
