Electrical Drawings Residential Home

I’m looking for an experienced electrical designer to create a full electrical plan set for a custom single-family home located in Greenville, South Carolina.



Scope of Work



Produce complete electrical drawings based on my architectural floor plans (PDF/CAD provided).

Include:

• Lighting layout

• Switches and switching logic

• Receptacle locations

• Dedicated circuits (kitchen, laundry, mechanical, etc.)

• Panel schedule

• Low-voltage suggestions (optional but appreciated)

Ensure drawings meet standard U.S. residential code requirements.





Deliverables



Final plans in PDF

Source file preferred (DWG or similar)

Notes on preferences and any special fixtures/equipment
