Cozy Italian Restaurant Redesign
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m converting my existing space into a casual, welcoming Italian trattoria and need a full dining-area rethink. The vibe should feel cozy—think warm timber tones, intimate lighting and a layout that invites relaxed conversation over pasta.
Scope
The redesign is limited to the dining area, yet every visible element there matters. I need:
• A new seating plan that maximises covers without feeling crowded. Circulation for servers must stay smooth.
• A lighting scheme that layers ambient warmth with focused task spots over tables and highlights feature walls.
• Wall treatments, art and décor suggestions that add authentic character without slipping into cliché.
Deliverables
1. Concept board showing colour palette, materials and style references.
2. Scaled floor plan and furniture layout (AutoCAD or similar).
3. Lighting plan with fixture specifications and photometric notes.
4. 3D renders or SketchUp walkthroughs illustrating the finished look.
5. Itemised specification sheet for furniture, fixtures and décor so I can source locally or through your vendors.
Acceptance
Design must align with the casual-cozy brief, meet local code for aisle widths and egress, and stay within a mid-range fit-out budget. Final files in editable format plus high-resolution images for stakeholders.
Timing
I’d like the initial concept within one week of award, revisions the following week, and all final files within three weeks total. Let’s create a dining room that feels like a little slice of Italy the moment guests step inside.
