Corporate Headshot Photographer Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I’m organising a morning event for a small group of professionals and need an experienced photographer who can deliver traditional-style corporate headshots right on site in our office environment.
Shoot details
• Date & time: Friday 5 June 2026, 8:45 – 10:45 AM (please plan to arrive a little earlier to set up).
• Location: GPT Spaces & Co, Level 54, 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane CBD.
What I’m after
Ten to twelve attendees will each need two classic headshots—one seated, one standing—captured against the natural office setting rather than a plain backdrop. In addition, I’d like a handful of candid images of the group mingling and seated at the table, similar to the reference shots I’ll provide.
Deliverables
• Two retouched, high-resolution images per person (one sitting, one standing).
• 6–8 lightly edited candid group photos.
• All files supplied via a downloadable gallery within one week of the shoot.
Lighting and basic retouching (skin tone balancing, stray hair removal, colour correction) should be included. Please bring any portable lighting or modifiers needed to achieve a polished, consistent look while still keeping the “real office” feel.
