Comprehensive Home Interior Design

I am looking to create a space that is quiet and elegant without the high cost I think might be needed. I have adult children who do not live with me. I have had homes in the past that people walk in and say that a designer lives there. that is not what I am looking for. I want ecletic items arranged in a way that I appreciate and that create a warm ambiance. I have a floor plan and a 3d plan that I created of the home
