Bedroom Lighting Design Expertise

My new home is still at the framing stage and I want to lock-in a thoughtful lighting plan for the bedrooms before the drywall goes up. I’m looking for a consultant who can translate my ideas—ceiling fixtures paired with subtle wall-mounted accents and a few statement floor lamps—into a practical, code-compliant design that my electrician can follow without guesswork.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A scaled lighting layout for each bedroom, showing exact fixture locations and switching.
• A concise fixture schedule that lists model numbers, lamp types, colour temperatures and dimming requirements.
• Load calculations or any other technical notes the electrician will need.
• A brief rationale explaining how the mix of ceiling, wall and floor sources achieves an inviting, flexible atmosphere.

AutoCAD, Revit or a clean PDF plan all work for me, as long as the drawings are clear. I will provide architectural floor plans in DWG and PDF along with ceiling heights and any furniture layouts we’ve finalised. Turnaround within a week would be ideal so we can keep construction moving.
