I have an existing 4 BHK in JP Nagar 7th Phase Bangalore undergoing renovation, and I want it to showcase a clean, modern aesthetic. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom need to feel effortlessly connected, so space planning, furniture selection and a carefully layered lighting plan are all essential. Alongside the drawings and specifications, I need daily onsite supervision with strict monitoring and quality-control reports, ensuring every detail is executed exactly as designed.
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• Complete concept-to-handover design documentation (layouts, elevations, material palettes, electrical and lighting schematics).
• Regular coordination with contractors and vendors, flagging any deviations early and resolving them on site.
• Daily site visits in JP Nagar, with photo logs and brief progress summaries I can review each evening.
• Final walkthrough and snag-list closure before I move in.
