ADU Electrical Design & Documentation
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a full, permit-ready electrical plan set for a new accessory dwelling unit. I’m starting from scratch—no prior schematics or panel schedules exist—so the drawings must cover every circuit, device, and code note from the service entrance to the final outlet.
The ADU will run on a typical residential load-mix (lighting, receptacles, basic kitchen appliances) plus a layer of smart-home and security wiring. Please incorporate the low-voltage runs, conduit paths, and any dedicated controller panels so the inspector sees everything on one coordinated sheet.
Deliverables I expect:
• Load calculations and panel schedule sized for both standard and smart devices
• Complete single-line and wiring diagrams, including breaker and conduit sizing
• Lighting, receptacle, and switch layouts with symbol legend
• Low-voltage layouts for smart devices, sensors, and security cameras
• Title block, notes, and local code citations ready for plan check submission (PDF + CAD)
