I am seeking a firm, no-nonsense accountability partner with a femdom-oriented approach to discipline and motivation. Your role will be to enforce structure, track progress, and apply consequences when necessary, ensuring I stay committed to my daily tasks, particularly in personal development and health & fitness.
This position requires a strict, dominant, and results-driven approach to accountability, using firm motivation, deadlines, and appropriate consequences for missed goals. You must be comfortable taking control, setting rules, and ensuring obedience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce strict discipline and adherence to pre-set routines.
• Set schedules, track progress, and apply consequences for non-compliance.
• Conduct check-ins every other day and provide assertive feedback.
• Monitor personal development & fitness goals, ensuring no room for excuses.
• Use a mix of verbal commands, written warnings, and privilege restrictions to maintain discipline.
• Maintain a professional yet dominant approach in all interactions.
Requirements:
• Strong authoritative presence and ability to enforce discipline.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in accountability coaching, life coaching, or virtual assistance is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with applying consequences and maintaining control.
• Ability to track progress meticulously and push for results.
• Firm but motivating approach to productivity and discipline.
