Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time (Live Sessions + Content Development + doubt resolution)
About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Career Coach to mentor IT professionals (0–3 years experience) on building a strong personal brand to accelerate their career growth. The coach will focus on essential career-building topics such as resume writing, interview etiquette, and salary negotiation—crucial skills that complement technical expertise.
The role includes creating structured offline learning content, engaging briefly in webinars, resolving student queries, and evaluating student progress through assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields.
At least 1 year of teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience.
Excellent understanding of job market expectations and how to position IT professionals effectively.
Clear communication skills with a motivational and empathetic approach.
Awareness of the IT development space; exposure to Angular or web development is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct coaching and mentoring on key personal branding skills:
Resume Writing tailored for IT roles
Interview Etiquettes and preparation strategies
Salary Negotiation techniques and confidence building
Participate in webinars and deliver a 5-minute talk on the importance of personal branding in shaping a successful IT career.
Create engaging and actionable offline learning content for students to learn at their own pace.
Be available to address student doubts online and provide practical advice when needed.
Design and evaluate assessments to measure student understanding and improvement.
Collaborate with Angular or tech trainers to align personal branding with students’ technical learning paths.
Time Commitment per Batch:
Approx. 5 hours of live instruction, mentorship & doubt resolution.
Additional time for content creation, assessment design, and doubt resolution
