Finance Risk Manager for Futures Trading

I am looking for an experienced remote Risk Manager in the finance industry. The key role is to ensure accountability for my futures trading activity.
Look up Wendy Rhodes in billions, need a male or female who can fill that role and hold my trading accountable day to day
-Need daily check ins that you ensure I follow through on my trading rules and plan
-Need random check ins during peak trading, potentially I will share my trading screen (TBD)
Ideal Skill Set:
- Able to work remotely and communicate effectively.
Its really all about taking the initiative, open to a longer term working relationship with the right person, given low time commitment pay will be good / hour but low at first, if you really prove yourself I am open to sharing some of the profit % after a few months of success.
Will be managing around 30-40 prop trading accounts and eventually live accounts.
