LibreOffice Writer Macro Development

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to create a simple macro for LibreOffice Writer that can transform text formatting. The macro should be able to:

- Change style of certain given texts
- Adjust paragraph alignment
- Create a two-column, one-row table and moving text in it
