Need a game developer that is familiar with unreal engine 5 to help make a Survival Game.

I am in the process of trying to start a game project called EXGENE, and this game is going to be like if you take RUST, ARK, and smash them together. The game is using a paid kit as a survival game, called Survival game kit v2.
Skills i'm looking for are:
-Level design (for maps)
-open world familiar
-blueprint scripting
