I want to write a letter of complaint that will lead to dismissal of an arrogant, proud and rude international nurse, who has abused his position by having unprotected sexual relationships with support staff and lying to them he wants to marry them, this has left one of the ladies seriously traumatised emotionally.
I am writing to make a complaint regarding an employee of a mental health hospital His an international nurse name.
He has been having sexual relationships with 3 support staff at the same time.
These 3 women have now found out and it has caused an emotional trauma for them.
On the night of 12 July 2022, at around 01:30am, he took a 22year old support worker back to his house during his break time.
He left the premises without informing the bleep holder he was leaving, which is wrong as he was the nurse in charge of the ward he was working at.
One of the other support workers he was having sexual relationship with, saw him and it’s not the 1st time his left the premises with this particular support worker, he did the same on the 21st of June between 01:15 and 03:15.
He has abused his position as an RMN, his left one of he ladies seriously traumatised.
The names of the 3 ladies he has been having sex with, are being withheld to protect their identities.
Video recordings were made on the night of the 12th of July 22..
