1. teach me to understand the template i bought in their readme file, explain it.
2. how to update the header items then all the other file will update as well? use scss? teach me scss
3. why the template file have two copy of html? core and theme? so how i customize it to make me east to update the template from author..
4. i only need expert to slowly and teach me in patient way... because i am stupid
