Website page for associate registration will be required, registration form etc.
Associates have a code which they can share online - code user gets % off first order
Associate earns % of any orders made within 48 hours of the customer visiting the website via the code. Associates will need to get the link of each product from the store then add their code to the end of the product link (for tracking purposes) this ensures the Associate is not just sharing a general link to the store but are directly linking to a product (which the potential customer is enquiring about) Will require tracking of the customer for return visits. This will apply to all products including training courses. Ideally, the Associate should be able to log into the website to be able to track their earnings. If you have any ideas on this please let me know, we want to make the associate program as attractive as possible to other product users so they promote our products. Can learn a lot from the Amazon Associates program.
- Abandoned Cart
Customer gets an email if they don't complete their purchase.
- Email collection
Collect all customers emails in MailChimp for future email newsletters / product drops.
- Google & Apple Pay
Customers can easily checkout using these payment options (we can do this through WooCommerce Payments). I will put the details in.
- Order confirmation and Shipping Tracking
We can already confirm orders via the current website but it would be better if the order is confirmed automatically so the customer receives confirmation. We then need a way to easily add the shipping information so the customer can track their delivery status.
- Training Academy In Class location updates.
The current website states that we train in Northampton and Bangkok. The new website will need to show our actual training locations:

Birmingham
Bangkok
Manchester
Northampton
Bridgend South Wales
Manila Philippines (coming soon)
- Logos
Our logos have changes slightly and should be updated on the website. International logo for the general website. Normal logo for the store.
You will work in collaboration with myself. I need a second person to make up lost time and speed up the process. We will be working closely together the next few days as this website needs to be completed by NY.
The server details will be provided where a theme and LearnPress plugins are already provided. All plugins must be updatable or licensed.

Although I would like something that looks a bit more contemporary and designed.
I have a Google Drive to share of images so no stock imagery will be required.
