Solidity Developer with web3

I am looking for a Solidity Developer with web3 experience to help me create a decentralized application (dApp) on the Ethereum blockchain. The project's main goal is to create a unique dApp that has not been seen before. We have set up all the figma designs I am specifically interested in creating a dApp for a real estate with usage of NFT tokens. The ideal candidate should have experience with developing smart contracts and integrating web3 with existing projects. Additionally, they should be familiar with Ethereum as the blockchain platform for the project. They should also be familiar with PWA using react and SCSS
