Need a highly-skilled and experienced Web Designer

I am looking for a highly skilled & well-experienced Web designer who can work along with my team for the long term. The developer should have a working experience of more than 3 years as a full-time front-end developer with hands on experience of working with HTML, CSS, JS and some advance technologies like React.JS. The designer should have ability to convert any complex design made with figma, photo shop, etc. into web pages with code.
The designer should have ability to work on live projects and compatible with working with backend-integrated projects like PHP laravel, Node.Js, etc.
Technology Required-
Compulsory—HTML, CSS, JS
Optional- React.Js/Angular/
Design tools—Figma/PhotoShop, Adobe XD
The minimum required time in a month will be 120 hours. The developer who can work as a full-timer will have priority. The developer should be dedicated, sincere towards their work.
The budget is between 15K-35K. It will depend on the developer's working experience, the number of agreed hours, working skills, and work productivity.
The developer will have to work as a part-timer or a full-timer with our team and the payment will be released on either a monthly or 15 days basis.
