Experienced senior frontend developer to build a website based on the designs (Figma, XSD, Sketch)

Looking for reliable senior frontend developer with agency experience to build a frontend for a website based on the provided designs (still not sure how designs will be delivered - Figma, Sketch, XD...). You are expected to be familiar with build tools (Webpack, Laravel Mix, Scss). Deadline for the project is beginning of November.

Required skills:
- SCSS

- BEM

Bonus skills:
- CMS template experience
- Twig
