Customize Angular materia SASS

Create a theme for customizing the default angular material style from a figma or mockup file.

Necessary:
- the sass must comply with the standards of themification of ng material
- customization of the basic components of the google framwerk
- definition of style sheets for typography customization
- integration with advanced components (stepper, table)
