My common law and I earlier in the day had an argument and he held a knife to me. We didn't talk for the rest of the day he went out gambling.
He has a friend of his in my home. He was only to stay 1 night and it has been over 1 year.

A few days before all this happened with my common law Garth the squatter was listening to my conversation with my brother and overheard me telling my brother he owes me money and that he has to take needles every month, he got upset and threatened me.

I called and they welcomed me to come so I went to get a few things, my phone, money, bank card, health card and clothes and shoes, I was outside in shorts and it was cold so I grabbed a few things and left. I was the abused one Glen is making it seem like I was the attacker. Garth did not see a thing but gave a statement cause he didn't see anything but he had seen glen kick me in the stomach and slap me in the face. I was bleeding very badly and he said to me please go wash the blood out because you're bleeding bad. He has told me to leave Glen before because he said he is going to kill you.
And I deserve better than glen. Right now Garth is desperate and needs a place to live so he might not want to go up on the stand but this is the truth. I am due in court November 10, 2021, court room 104 9am. I tried to get my disclosure but it's not ready. This is a simple case and if I could get a Paralegal on my side to fight for me because I am innocent, this would be over very soon.
Help me I can't get legal aid nobody wants to help me
