small claims jersey city

I'm looking for a freelancer to help with a small claims case in Jersey City. I have formal legal documents related to the case, but do not need help finding the defendant. The assistance needed is filing the small claims case.
My semi truck and trailer was towed from a shopping center in Jersey city (off of 440), and the posted towing sign read $550 for truck & $550 for trailer, but the towing company charged me $3000 to release the truck and trailer for just 3 or 4 hours. I have the cash receipt and need to file a case in small claims court - need help. However the names on the sign board and cash receipt are different, but I called the phone number that was on the sign board and these people responed with the fees amount.
