small claims filing

I am in need of a paralegal to help me with a B2B small claim filing process at appropriate court closest to defendant in New Westminster, British Columbia. I am looking to recover damages of approximately $25,000 due to a contract negotiated in bad faith. I have all the necessary documents and receipts to support my case. I plan to prepare the Small Claims Statement of Claim myself, but I am located in Ontario and require assistance filing and representing my case.
