I have an upstairs neighbor that I unfortunately couldn’t get along with due to the noise/vibration issue from upper floor.Harassment/Slander/False Report to Mental Health Clinic:
Intentional misuse and abuse of healthcare system

Owner man/upper floor seems to be an intelligent clever man, he is a smooth talker, very eloquent, highly manipulative, very long time resident in the building, getting social support, many in the building (including both managers) were backing him up.
He seems to know well how to get away and elude from the disadvantageous situation that he faced.:
One day I found that I was registered at local mental health clinic as a client without my knowledge,
without my consent, without my own willingness.
I learned later that this neighbour submitted false report to the clinic against of me, with malicious
intention and brazen outrageous downright lies. (I have a written evidence-clinic nurse case report.)
It was devastating, astounding, utterly absurd, extremely insulting and distressing
to deal with the mental health clinic van, psychiatry nurse who kept contating me, ruthlessly visiting my residence entrance without consent nor appointment to induce assessment/certificate and then
receiving the nurse case report which was misrepresented, meaning distorted, biased, and prejudiced, due to the false accusation and false testimony.
