I need a securities legal opinion USA
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I currently own 25,000,000 shares of company eBullion, Inc. (EBML), public company that is listed on otcmarkets.com and am in the process of opening an account with a brokerage firm in order to deposit these shares for trading on the open market.
As part of the account opening process, the firm has requested me to obtain a legal opinion on my shares, to state that they are indeed free trading.
