I need a paralegal specialist for tenant-landlord contracts

I produced a tenant obligation, rules, and responsibility agreement letter in which I would like to ensure that I did it correctly. Since I am not a lawyer and barely understand California/Los Angeles County laws regarding tenants and landlords, I want to make sure that this contract can be legally enforceable and is within the rights of the current tenants as well as mines.
