I need a paralegal specialist

I am living in Spain at the present with my wife and two boys. I have been receiving Social Security benefits since August '22. I need to file for benefits for my two sons who are both under 18 years of age. I need to file in Bay Area, CA. Since I'm out of the country, It would be great if an attorney or clerk can help me submit the application for benefits of my two underaged dependents. Can you help me? Or can you recommend someone?
