We need you to be able to send documents to different clients having previously reviewed all the content and ensuring that it is within the US legal framework.
The agreement templates we have, have already been drafted by lawyers, in case of receiving an NDA (non disclosure agreement) it would have to be reviewed and at the same time they will also need you to be able to draft new contracts, something part-time they tell me . Thank you!!
