I need a paralegal specialist

I need to send a letter of demand to a former client who owes me $6157.32+ expenses (small claims costs and interests on remaining balance) from work done on November 12, 2020. I need help with the letter from a paralegal company to put together my case in a LETTER OF DEMAND and with their company letter head that endorses my claim and would possibly help to enforce I have a claim without having to go to Small Claims Court. I have already contacted legal advise from law firm (Dentons) and advised me to send A letter of demand with the aid from Paralegal Firm who could help with a LETTER OF DEMAND. I have attached related documents with proof the 2 such wooden beams were already compromised ( will provide proof) and the fence line was over 15 years since installed further adding wear and tear of wooden fence line
