I received my letter from Ally Financial Bank which I have attach that state my car was paid off I also attached a letter from my credit report that show my car was paid off 12/2021. My car was repo 05/06/2022 when I called the company they said one of there worker had made a mistake and put in there system my car was a part of a bank bad debt write off I don't no what kind of scam this company is doing, I looked on my credit report in it said in 2021 my car was a charged off as bad debt Which was a lie because I had the car and on my credit report on my same car it put my car was part of the bank profit and loss write - off 03/22 which was a lie my car was with me these are all fraudulent things that they are putting on my credit report, the company said they are trying to fix the problem in get my car back AND THEY Have no idea why this employee did this Four Ally Financial employees said we are very sorry and your car was repod at no fought of your. some of the workers will put me on hold never come back to the phone some of the worker don't really no what to say or do so the get nasty in hang up in my face but I still have not got my car back. its hard without my car I stuffer from heart disease and diabetes
I want to take them to court for.
