I need a litigation lawyer asap

I am having a problem with a municipality. They towed my 2017 camper and my truck out of the campground I have been at for two years and that was paid in full. They gave me no notice and I had no idea it was gone. when I found out they wanted 2 grand for me to get it out. This is happening because my friend got pulled over and the cop was going to kill us if my kids were not in the car. the only ticket issued was driving on revoked. the cop is telling people he found drug which is untrue so I filed for the body cam footage which they denied but now they are bullying me and have stole my camper and are trying to violate my probation
