I need a letter of confirmation from a Solicitor

I'm looking for a letter of confirmation from a UK-based solicitor which will be addressed to my technology and remittance partner in the USA to allow me start using the trading account for a recently formed startup until our MSB license issued by Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). I can share a verbiage/draft of the letter or you can draft yours if it's something you can handle.
