I need a legal writer for a liability statement

Hi, I borrowed my car to my friend and she involved into an accident, and now I am worrying for taking accountability for that. However, my friend is willing to take the liability and I just want she to sign a statement. The statement says that she is willing to take all the responsibilities related to the traffic accident that happened on a certain date in a certain year and a certain place. Thanks!
