I need a legal writer for a contract

I do suppers/dinners in private locations for aboit 20-40 people at a time. I want to write up a contact that protects me from any liability and also I want to call it a “club” so it stays private and I’m protected. I invite the public and they come to a private event. I feed people food and wine. I charge everyone a price for it. Do I need to say it’s a “donation” to be legal ? I’m in the state of Montana.
