I need 2 contracts drawn up for one project. The first would contain a NDA, liability release, prize currency, property statement (the photos taken are property of..).
The 2nd contract would contain a NDA, liability release, payment currency, property statement, and photo release.
Each contract needs to be simple, and non-intimidating. As few words as possible just to cover our bases.
Legal jargon should refer to the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
