My license is currently felony revoked. I found out that it was felony revoked when i got pulled over the other day. Ive known that i was criminally suspended and normally i do not drive. Ive been pulled over twice in the last month and a half and am awaiting my court hearing. The first time i got pulled over i was driving because i thought my wife was going into labor early. We literally have no one else that can help us with rides. The last time and second time i was pulled over i was leaving the hospital where my wife currently is, to head to work. I have a string of driving while suspended. But i really dont drive unless i feel i have no other choice. Im possibly looking at 30 days in jail, days before my son is supposed to be born. I would like a letter written that might convince the judge to be lenient.
