I need a legal writer

I am renting a land fron a company and I will rent spots in the land for restaurant to park their food truck, I would like to write a leasing contract for them that matches my leasing contract with the landlord in terms of policies, I will attach my leasing contract and based on that I need a writer to write a leasing contract for me that I will give to people who will rent a spot in the land I have. It will be a yearly rent, 125,000 dirhams every year, and a security deposit of 7,500 dirhams.
